Alice Habellion trained firstly as a harpsichordist in Limoges Conservatory and continued her studies at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris where she received her prize for harpsichord and basso continuo price in 2008.
The singing then came along and took an important place in her life as a musician. She then joined the singing class of the Department of Early Music at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Lyon. Today she continues to work with Elene Golgevit. She sings in many ensembles including Akademia (F. Lasserre), the Spiritual Concert (H. Niquet), Concerto Soave (JM AYMES) Matches (S. Daucet), Les Cris de Paris (G. Jordan), The Musicians Paradise (A. Buet) The singers Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles (O. Schneebeli) The Baroque Crossings (E. Meyer). She is a soloist in various religious works such as the St John Passion by JS Bach's Mass in B minor by JS Bach, The Seven Words of Christ on the cross H. Schütz, Little Solemn Mass G. Rossini cantatas of JS Bach, works by MA Charpentier and A. Vivaldi. She is a soloist in May 2013 in Requiem M. Reger for viola and choir under the direction of Hervé Niquet, Marta is in the Conversion of Mary Magdalene GB Bononcini in September 2013 with the whole Concerto Soave (JM Aymes ). She will be soloist in King Arthur (directed by Shirley and Dino) H. Purcell under the direction of Hervé Niquet in December 2013 and will Giove in La Pellegrina Interludes in Opera Dijon in February 2014 with Baroque crossings. She did not hesitate to lend her talents during unexpected projects like her participation last album Laurent Voulzy (2012). © Alice Habellion
