Sharmay Musacchio In this update I would like to share some wonderful news for Dramatic Contralto Sharmay Musacchio. In March/April this year, she will be returning to New York City Opera to sing the role of The Old Woman in L'amore Die Tre Re.
Following this, in May/June Sharmay will perform the role of Giovanna in the LA Opera production of Rigoletto, with the legendary, world renowned Verdi Baritone Leo Nucci, and internationally acclaimed operatic soprano Lisette Oropesa.
Finally, in 2019 Sharmay will make her Chicago Opera Theatre debut in the premier of The Scarlet Ibis. Sharmary will take the role of Auntie.
