Today's Contralto Update features Katerina Lavrinyuk.
Contralto Katerina Lavrinyuk hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia. She is currently a student of Saint Petersburg State Concervatory, and from 2013 has been a soloist of Academy of young opera singers of Mariinsky Theatre. She has taken part in productions of Tchaikovsky's "Iolanta" and "Eugene Onegin", Verdi's "Il Trovatore", and Uspensky "Anna Carenina".
