| Today's Contralto Update features Raisa Kotova. Raisa Kotova is a Russian Mezzo-Soprano who made the transition to the Contralto Fach. She performed in many concerts and operas, most famously as Mephistopheles in The History of Dr. Johann Faust by Schnittke. More recently, she has given concert with tenor Vladimír Koval.
